Six years ago, I trained to become a lash artist, starting OC Aesthetics, for the first year, I struggled so much. I was still learning and practising how to be a decent lash artist whilst trying to grow on social media, grow my client base and try to make enough money to make lashing my full-time job.
After struggling that first year, I knew that one day I wanted to help other beginner lash artists and ensure no one felt the same as I did.
Affordable and reliable products were also a pain for me, trying to find products that are affordable for a beginner lash artist is almost impossible! It is difficult enough to make a profit as a beginner; lash products don’t need to cost a fortune.
I have been using and gatekeeping the same adhesive for four years (HOLY GRAIL). I knew other lash artists needed to hop on eventually, but I wanted my name to be there.
This is why I decided to launch LASHAGIRL; I knew there was a gap in the market for affordable & reliable lash products that are suitable for both beginner and experienced lash artists.
